The old fashioned ham & mushroom pizza is back on the menu with this innovative recipe - a whole 9 inch pizza for 170 calories. 

This classic recipe has basically never been healthier, and it has has gone down a storm with the slimming and fitness worlds, not least because the high fibre content in the Lo-Dough base keeps you nice and full for longer, while the protein contributes to a great post-workout meal.

(Also known as 'pizza alla Jazz') This is an extra special low calorie pizza recipe, as it was made by the hands of celebrity visitor on her visit to Lo-Dough towers. Yep, Hollyoaks star and powerlifter Jazmine Franks came to our Rochdale offices where she rustled up her own version of a pizza for us, with prosciutto ham and caramelised onions. Not only was this a smash hit which made it into the Lo-Dough top 10 low calorie pizza recipes of all time, but it has also now been re-made a number of times by Lo-Dough fans everywhere. Suitably high in protein (28g) making it a superb post workout pizza. Not at all hard to make, and talk about tasty...great idea, Jazmine, thank you!
