Take Your Low-Calorie Brownie Mix In A New Direction - Try These Peanut Butter Centred Beauties!

If you are looking for a great way to customise your Lo-Dough Brownie Mix, you could do a lot worse than add a layer of delicious peanut butter to the mix. The combination of peanut and chocolate is a tried and tested classic and it works brilliantly here. Our go-to peanut butter of choice here at Lo-Dough is PBfit - the just add water peanut butter powder. This particular Peanut butter is super low-fat, but there are plenty of good quality peanut butter products around - just shop wisely.

The Lo-Dough Brownie Mix gives you all the flexibility in the world to add any additions you see fit. As a basic mix (9 brownies), it comes in at 65 calories, 3.7g impact carbs and 8.1g of fibre per brownie. So, with the addition of approx 50g of peanut butter (you may need to add additional water just to loosen a little), each brownie comes in at 88.3 calories, 5g of carbs and 8.8g of fibre. These are very much brownies reinvented!
