Thanks to the high fibre content of Lo-Dough, our fish cakes can be served as a light meal (trying serving alongside a crunchy Asian salad) rather than as a starter - and will leave you feeling full and satisfied.
Method1. Add your all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Form into three small cakes.
2. Oil a pan with the fry-light and on a medium heat, fry the cakes for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
3. Serve with sides of your choice. We think sweet chilli and soy are a must, plus homemade pickled carrots, salad and more coriander.
