A note from our leadership on COVID-19

We understand many of you rely on Lo-Dough for specific health and/or medical reasons and, amid times of uncertainty for everyone, we wanted to reassure Lo-Dough customers that we are currently operating our online business as normal.

We continue to maintain production levels to meet demand and will continue to do this in an environment that protects the well being of our team, suppliers, customers and the wider public.

We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the NHS and UK Government and have adapted our production facility and shifts to adhere to distancing guidelines.

Whether you’re a regular subscriber or you have recently placed an order with Lo-Dough, our delivery service is still running to plan. Our online store is still fully open and we will continue to deliver Lo-Dough products direct to your door.

We use Royal Mail to deliver orders across the UK and they have extensive experience in being able to quickly deploy business contingency plans so they can continue to provide customers with access to services and their mail.

International orders will still be shipped as normal via Royal Mail and passed on to your local postal service. There could be some delays as items pass through borders.

We will continue to monitor the situation along with any advice given and will endeavour to keep you up-to-date should any further changes be required.

We ask you to take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and a compassionate and loyal community of customers. We know this is a difficult time for everyone, please rest assured we're doing everything we can to keep producing whilst maintaining the highest levels of safety and hygiene standards as the situation progresses.
