Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE UK AND EUROPE.
All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail. If you are out when the postman attempts to deliver your order then as standard they should leave a note and your order will be available to collect from your local sorting office from the next working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon Monday - Friday will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed Saturday / Sunday will be shipped on Monday
Please allow Free Standard UK Shipping orders 10 full working days from dispatch to arrive before reporting them missing.
Standard UK Shipping (4-6 working days from dispatch) = FREE
Royal Mail First Class (1-2 days from dispatch) = £2.90
Royal Mail European Standard Delivery (5-10 working days from dispatch)
Sample Box (2 pieces) = £3.50 P&P
Medium Box (6 pieces) = £5.00 P&P
Large Box (14 pieces) = £10.00 P&P
European delivery prices are calculated on the weight of your order. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see an accurate shipping quote.

All delivery charges will be published on our website and clearly stated in the ordering process and at checkout.
Delivery times may vary and proof of delivery may not be obtainable. It may also not be possible to deliver to specific regions and/or addresses.
In cases where delivery will not be possible, we endeavour to inform the user of this and not accept their order. In cases where an order is accepted but delivery is later deemed impossible, the user will have their money refunded in full. In all other instances, we will endeavour to withdraw or cancel orders, providing the user contacts us before their package has been dispatched.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return policy, which starts on the day after you receive the item.
The items that you purchased in your order must be returned to us unused and unopened in the original packaging as they were when they were received by you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is proven to be damaged or faulty on receipt by you, or a manufacturing fault is revealed, within the products ‘Best Before’ date, we will replace this item by post or refund the price you paid. Please also see our Terms & Conditions.
To return an item purchased via our website, securely pack and seal the merchandise in an appropriate shipping box along with a copy of your order details.

Once returns have been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within ten business days. If you return more than one item, each item may be refunded to you as a separate transaction. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please also see our Terms & Conditions.
We cannot process exchanges via our website. To exchange an item, please contact us directly.
