Somehow, September has arrived. In a year that has felt like a lifetime and a flash all at once, it’s unsurprising that we’re almost into the autumn season. The benefit though is an abundance of seasonal British produce which gives you a delicious starting point for hundreds of recipes.
Seasonal fruit and vegetables like blackberries, kale and courgettes are at their very best at this time of the year, and so it’s the perfect time to rustle up some meals with these in mind - such as warming mug cake, quick and healthy pizzas and hearty tray baked gratins.
