Customer Experience Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, for going the extra mile to make sure our customers love their experience of shopping with Lo-Dough. Experience in eCommerce customer service of any form ideal.

Experience in using the ZenDesk platform would be a dream but training can be provided for the right candidate.

We want to see a passion for good food, home cooking and healthy eating. A desire to feel good through lifestyle and wellness. 

We need you to be tech savvy, well up on social media and have a good level of interest in technology, particularly in food technology and the weight loss market.

You need to have a good sense of humour and the ability to empathise with customer requirements while understanding the policies in place.

We'd ideally like you to have a sense of understanding of the diet/fitness/free from markets.

Experience:

Anyone who has loved working in customer service, be it in a bar, restaurant or laundrette.

Knowledge of ZenDesk or web-based customer service platforms ideal. 

This role ideally suits a recent graduate in public relations, communication marketing or mass media etc... to be part of an exciting and growing startup looking to become a global brand.

Salary:

£Negotiable, based on experience.

Marketing Assistant / Internship 

Description: 

Working directly alongside the Creative Director and the eCommerce Manager, the Marketing Intern is responsible for helping with various projects including production of direct customer communications and content, reporting and performance analysis, supporting key initiatives for PR, digital marketing, and growth hacking across various channels and territories. 

You will support and assist in the following areas:

● Analysis, setup and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels (Affiliates, Paid Social, PPC...)
● Delivery of regular reporting for weekly email activity and/or digital marketing campaigns.● Implementation of strategies to drive loyalty and growth in line with customer needs.
● Development of better processes and new ways to improve the email channel, to create highly personalised direct communications in the most efficient way and support future growth.
● Reviewing performances by campaign across all channels and identify opportunities for further growth and optimisation.
● Design assets, video, photography, web design.
● Content creation for all marketing channels.
● Assist the customer experience manager with smart contact strategy to ensure Lo-Dough customers have the best possible end to end experience of the brand.

Personal Specification:

● Creative individual with competence creating visual assets - ideally with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
● Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Numerate and analytical thinker with the ability to apply these skills in a marketing environment.
● Good negotiation, communication, adaptability skills. Be able to independently analyse and solve problems, and can work well under pressure.
● Proactive and flexible, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to move quickly from one task to another.
● Able to effectively prioritise workload.
● Keen interest in food, nutrition, digital, marketing, and e-commerce.
● Keen as mustard, self-motivated and confident.
● Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ when required.
● An adventurous interest and love of food is essential.

Experience:

This role would ideally suit a recent graduate or current Masters student with some hands-on experience in paid search and social media management and advertising.

Salary & Hours:

2-3 days a week (Ideally Tue-Thu)
£Negotiable, based on experience.
