Low-Calorie Burgers Done A Little Differently With Lo-Dough.

Low-calorie, low-carb burgers are absolutely yours if you switch out the bun for Lo-Dough. There are several ways of doing this - you can do our toasted star fold burger, our you can cut Lo-Dough to size, using the smaller rounds as your base and your lid. They all work beautifully, but our latest technique may just be the best yet!

We give you the burger roll! By re-shaping your burger to fit a rolled-out Lo-Dough along with all the usual accompaniments, you end up with a perfect pocket of meaty joy. In essence, you re-shape your burger to be a little more sausage-shaped and then flatten down when grilling - it will still be a similar thickness to a regular burger - allowing you the chance to keep them perfectly juicy whilst still getting a nice brown crust on the outside. You can even stuff them with cheese as we have done here - in this case opting for our current favourite, Eatlean's Tasty.

Low-Carb Burger

Using Lo-Dough As A Low-Carb Burger Bun Replacement

One of the main tricks to keeping down calories in a burger, without sacrificing flavour, is to dramatically lower the carbs. For the lowest carb bread replacement around, Lo-Dough is king - at just 2.2 carbs per piece, nothing else comes close. Combining this saving with the saving on fat you get from using Eatlean's cheese (which is still incredibly full-flavoured), you get a skinny burger that tastes like a total indulgent luxury. Add your pickles, sauce and salad and what you end up with is an immense tasting burger experience for just 334 calories, 10g carbs and 19g of fat.

It's nothing short of a miracle, so get your burger on again and try a lo-Dough burger-roll today... you won't regret it, because you don't have to!
