Fibre-Packed Chilli-Cheese Toastie
This low-cal, high-fibre toastie is BIG on flavour.
For a serious toastie that does wonders for left-over chilli con carne, you've just got to try this! Using Lo-Dough in place of bread, gives you wriggle room calorie-wise to load up on cheese - which is what makes this so crazily indulgent - and delightfully messy (think Sloppy Joe sandwiches!)!

Method1. Preheat your sandwich press/griddle.
2. Add your chilli and cheese to one half of the Lo-Dough then close over the lid half of the Lo-Dough.
3. Spray the sandwich press/griddle with oil, place your Lo-Dough sandwich in and close the press.
4. Cook for 3-4 mins and serve.
