If you are anything like us, you'll struggle to say no to a cookie with a cuppa. Well, if watching your calorie intake or avoiding hefty amounts carbs for any reason, we've got cookies you can say a BIG yes to! Ours are soft and fudgy and super chocolatey.

Made using our brownie mix, all you need to do is just add a handful of white choc chips and 250g (or ml) of water and mix. Drop onto a lined tray in large cookie-sized blobs and bake in a hot oven for 25minutes! We've made six, larger-sized cookies and calculated the nutritional for those, but you can make smaller biscuits if desired.

Method
- Make the
Lo-Dough Brownie Mix as per the packet instructions. - Stir the white chocolate chips the mix.
- Add 6 cookie blobs to a lined tray and bake for 25 minutes at 190C.
- Allow to cool (as per the instructions) and serve.
