Low-Cal Chocolate Cheesecake-Topped Brownies
This super simple, cheaty cheesecake style pud is a quick and very easy dessert.
Not only that, its amazingly low-calorie and low carb too. You wouldn't believe the delicious sweet, rich flavour you can get for get for so few calories and carbs. The key to it all: Lo-Dough Brownie mix. Get yourself a bag today. Then add water and bake, top with our canny, low-sugar cheesecake mix and decorate.
Serve straight away - there's no waiting for it to set.
We've made ours in a circular tin and cut into wedges, but there's nothing to stop you making in a 6 or 7-inch square brownie tin and dividing into the standard 9.
- 120g Low-fat soft cheese
- 80g chocolate, melted
- A little syrup sweetener or erythritol
What you'll need
This diet-friendly recipe is possible with:
- In the 6 or 7-inch tin, add the
Lo-DoughBrownie Mix and bake as per the packet instructions. Once baked, remove from the tin and allow to cool.
- Add all your remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Top the brownie with this mix.
- Decorate as desired (we went with a little grated white chocolate and some smashed up frozen raspberries.
