
This low-calorie Christmas combo should come gift-wrapped
Start that January diet early by using up your Christmas cheese and cranberry leftovers with Lo-Dough. For a totally indulgent twist on pizza, you've just got to try this class combo of Christmas flavours!
We switched out the usual passata for the cranberry sauce and added a sparing amount of mozzarella cheese, before adding slices of brie and cooked bacon.
The resulting pizza was an incredible, indulgent festive treat, that doesn't feel like a compromise, in spite of the massively reduced calories and carbs!
Ingredients
- 1 piece of
Lo-Dough (briefly browned in a pan if desired) - 30g of mozzarella
- 50g of brie
- 30g of bacon
- 30g of cranberry

Method
- Preheat your oven to 220°C/Gas 8.

Spread cranberry sauce across the
Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge. - Add the mozzarella, brie and bacon on the top.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the pizza is golden and bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and serve, with a crack of black pepper.
