Chilli and chocolate are an amazing pairing and when used in conjunction with our low-calorie brownie mix, you can be assured maximum flavour for minimum calories. The additional decorative chocolate adds a few extra calories, but thats your choice.

  • 1 pack of Lo-Dough Brownie Mix
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 45g of dark chocolate
  • 45g of white chocolate
  • A pinch of chilli powder

Method

  1. Make the Lo-Dough Brownie Mix as per the packet instructions, adding in coffee (250ml) instead of the water. Mix in the chilli (reserving a little for decoration if desired).
  2. Add the mix to your lined tin and bake for 25 minutes at 190C.
  3. Allow to cool (as per the instructions) and then melt the chocolate, drizzle over and decorate with the chilli and powder. Allow the chocolate to cool and set.
