This beautiful low calorie breakfast is the perfect treat to start the day

For those who like their healthy breakfasts on the sweet side, let us introduce to you - The Sweet Lo-Dough Pan Sandwich. This genius dish gives you an incredible mix of sweetened cream cheese, mixed fruit and a soft french toast style sandwich outer.

Making your low sugar breakfast

After your Lo-Dough has a brief soak in an egg bath, the pan sandwich is cooked and ready to eat in just a few minutes. It's the perfect way to start the day.

All the sugars from this one are naturally found in the fruit. We use good quality sweetener (erythritol) for additional sweetness.

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 1 piece of Lo-Dough
  • Approx 100g of mixed fresh fruit
  • 70g of light cream cheese
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • 2 table spoons of eyrithritol sweetener
