A Super Quick Low-Carb Snack That Provides You 9.3g Fibre
Low-Calorie, Low-Carb, Low-Fat, High-Fibre. Nutritionally, this is Lo-Dough in its purest form, albeit slightly tweaked with poppy seeds, herbs and onion salt. The fact that is is so high in fibre means that you will actually feel satiated by what you eat!
The numbers are insane - 47 calories, 2.2g carbs and 9.3g fibre.
Serve with anything you desire, hummus, salsa, guacamole... the list goes on.
