Our Products

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. If any product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to let you know and offer to refund your payment.

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only and your products may vary slightly from those images. We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue the supply of any specific product or product-type, ongoing.

On each product listing page (on this website), we shall provide truthful, clear information about each product’s ingredients and nutritional values. We will also let you know if a product contains any allergens, such as:

gluten/gluten-products; milk/lactose; eggs; peanuts; nuts; celery; mustard; sesame seeds; soya or soybeans; fish – or derivatives thereof.

Lo-Dough Subscriptions

Lo-Dough Subscriptions contain the products referred to above – and all terms relating to product safety, quality, price and delivery apply as per the general transactions for this website. However, because Lo-Dough subscriptions may be scheduled to repeat, it is important that customers understand any points of difference between this service and standard product purchasing and delivery. Firstly, it should be noted that subscription items may have a different unit price and different delivery costs.

Lo-Dough reserves the right to adjust Subscription prices (including delivery) only after providing all current subscribers with advance notice sufficient for those subscribers to opt out of the service. The contents and frequency of subsequent deliveries can be managed or cancelled by logging into our website (www.lodough.co) and managing your subscription. Amending subscription details – or cancelling a subscription – can be done at any time, without penalty.

Prices

All product prices are clearly quoted on our website. These prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order that has been accepted prior to that change. All these prices are inclusive of taxes.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our order procedures. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on any page of our website, we will honour the stated price. In addition to the price of the products, some orders will be liable to pay a delivery charge. Customers will be informed of this as part of the checkout process – before any order is confirmed.

Free Offers Or Discounted Prices

Free offers or discounts are available subject to stated terms. Except where expressly stated, discounts and credits are available only once to any one person. Only one discount or credit can be used in conjunction with a single purchase. Lo-Dough reserves the right to vary the conditions of use or to withdraw vouchers, discounts and credits at any time.

Payments

Payment is taken for all orders prior to the order being dispatched so please ensure that all details given to us are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Nor can we accept responsibility if incorrect address details are given and the order is sent to an incorrect address as a result.

Order Process

No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order, and have received payment. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Orders may be processed as soon as they are received so you may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. We cannot accept responsibility if incorrect details are given.

You are contracted to receive your order, only after it has been dispatched to you. At any time before this, we will attempt to amend or cancel it as per your wishes.

Deliveries

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered only to the delivery address you specify. We always ship to the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. We cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

We dispatch all orders between Monday and Friday (during working hours), using UK Mail and local postal services. Unfortunately, order tracking is not available for this service and proof of delivery is not obtained. We estimate between 4 to 6 working days from dispatch to delivery of your order for all UK deliveries, though delivery times will vary according to: your delivery address; when you make your selection; and circumstances impacting the 3rd party delivery services. We will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control, which relate to the delivery of small packages.

If your Lo-Dough package does not fit through your mailbox or you are out when it is delivered, local postal services should leave a card at the address with information about collection. It is your responsibility to arrange collection of the package as soon as you can. If your delivery does not arrive within 10 working days, please let us know.

We reserve the right to refund your account and refuse further delivery if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the delivery to your location is unreliable.

Cancellation

We will aim to honour all order cancellation requests received prior to dispatch, but obviously it will not be possible to cancel or amend orders after dispatch has taken place.

Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to deliver all orders in perfect condition, however if your order arrives damaged or otherwise faulty, then we want to know about it. Please contact support@lodough.co Refunds will be offered where it can be proven that Lo-Dough has failed in its obligation to deliver products as described. We request any goods that the customer considers faulty are returned, for inspection, by recorded delivery.

If a fault is agreed, a full refund (including your postal costs) will be offered. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. Unfortunately, damaged and faulty products are the only reasons for which we offer refunds or replacement for our products. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict the use of our service, for any reason.
