In contrast, if you want to keep the calories and fat down, try a mixture of low fat cream cheese and quark. Both will be equally delicious and provide you with the perfect show-stopping dessert.

Just because you’re reducing the sugar in your dessert doesn’t mean that flavour and indulgence is out of the window.
