Keto-Friendly Breaded Brie
Did you know that Lo-Dough makes the perfect low-carb coating for meats, vegetables and cheese? Well, it really does - these golden, breaded nuggets of brie prove that point perfectly. Crunchy on the outside and soft and oozing in the middle... What's not to love?
If you are following a low carb diet, then you absolutely have to try this - and if you are just generally counting calories, this would make the perfect treat meal that still comes in at under 500 kcal.
We serve ours with a home-made, keto-friendly Tomato and Chilli Chutney on the side.

Brie, Spinach & Mushroom Toastie
This toasted sandwich is a little taste of France, but without the carbs and calories that you'd expect to find in a regular toastie. Garlicky mushrooms, iron-rich spinach and oozing, melting brie - a winning combination if ever there was one (Not a fan of Brie? Switch it out for any cheese you like! Something soft, oozing and melting works best...).
You'll need to quickly wilt your spinach and then sauté off your mushrooms, but after that, it's an assembly job and just 5 minutes cooking for you to have this delicious meal.
There's just something about the way that the cheese oozes out and slightly catches on the edges that make this one feel a little bit naughty - naughty but nice - and thanks to the Lo-Dough and the vegetables, this is still full of nutrients, high in fibre, low in carbs and low in calories.

Low-Calorie Mushroom & Pesto Pizza
Mushrooms, gently fried with garlic and thyme... fragrant, moreish pesto... tomato sauce and lashings of rich mozzarella. Sounds good right? Well, believe us - it absolutely is! This might be a vegetarian's delight, but we'd doubt very much if any confirmed carnivores could come away from this unsatisfied.
