12 Great British Bake Off Inspired Healthy Recipes
It’s that time of the year again! The Great British Bake Off is back on our TV and in full swing. If you want to create some nutritious Star-Baker worthy desserts, then we’ve got the recipes for you.

Sticky Toffee Pudding is a Bake Off classic. By using Lo-Dough as the flour we've created our own version and it tastes indistinguishable from the full-carb, full-fat version! The main contributor to the carbs is the dates - not sugar or refined flour, so you get an excellent source of potassium and fibre and thus a portion of fruit that counts as one of your 5 a day... not just any old empty carbs.
