I make it at home and feed the family with it, they never realise it is a low dough product and think they are eating the one from the high street 2 weeks ago - Janet S ★★★★★ Where do I start with southern style coating. Flavour is great, I used two chicken breast and made two trays of strips and only used half a packet of the coating, while coating them twice. I don’t know if you get the crunch as a: I forgot to spray with oil (which would have helped with crunch) and b: I wrapped them up as we were eating them on the go, so the heat had steamed them a little, but still a brilliant addition to my larder. 1 year ago - April A ★★★★★ I cooked up sone chicken breast strips fir a kfc fakeaway. Instructions for use

  1. Shake the packet of crumb well before use. Preheat your oven to 220C.
  2. You will need two dishes. Add some of the crumb to one and beat an egg (or egg white) in the other. Use enough crumb to twice-coat however many pieces of chicken you are making.
  3. Dip your chicken in the egg and then drop into the crumb. Shake until completely covered. Repeat the egg and crumb process a second time to create a thick coating.
  4. Place on an oven tray, spray with a little oil and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked through before serving.
