12 Great British Bake Off Inspired Healthy Recipes
It’s that time of the year again! The Great British Bake Off is back on our TV and in full swing. Bake Off contestants make some extremely delicious and decadent bakes throughout the competition, but they’re not typically focused on creating the healthiest recipes. We here at Lo-Dough believe that baking can still be as delicious and indulgent while also being healthy and fitting into your dietary needs. If you want to create some nutritious Star-Baker worthy desserts, then we’ve got the recipes for you.

Sticky Toffee Pudding is a Bake Off classic. By using Lo-Dough as the flour we've created our own version and it tastes indistinguishable from the full-carb, full-fat version!
