After going to the gym or exercising, we all want something quick, easy and nutritious. Pizzas don’t exactly strike up the image of health, yet Lo-Dough bases contain 39 calories each and just 2.2g carbs - making it the perfect base for a healthy pizza.

The benefits of eating a high protein meal after exercising include muscle repair and growth, plus protein is super filling and nutritious. All of these fully loaded pizzas are actually all under 500 calories for the lot - and absolutely packed with protein, some with over 40g!

Everyone loves a cheesy pizza and this one is a classic reimagined. Quattro Formaggi (or 4 cheese) can now be enjoyed on a pizza for fewer calories than ever before. For the Lo-Dough version, we've stuck pretty true to that, just swapping out the soft cheese, for some Eatlean Protein Cheese, which is low fat and high in protein.

Halloumi might not be all that closely associated with pizza, but for something that's a little bit different, it certainly ticked all the boxes for us! The cheese is a little richer and saltier than mozzarella, so needs slicing very thinly so as not to become overbearing. To keep with the Greek theme of the cheese, we've added some olives too.
