10 High Protein Post Workout Pizzas
Low calorie high protein pizzas in under 20 minutes
After going to the gym or exercising, we all want something quick, easy and nutritious. Pizzas don’t exactly strike up the image of health, yet Lo-Dough bases contain 39 calories each and just 2.2g carbs - making it the perfect base for a healthy pizza.
The benefits of eating a high protein meal after exercising include muscle repair and growth, plus protein is super filling and nutritious. All of these fully loaded pizzas are actually all under 500 calories for the lot - and absolutely packed with protein, some with over 40g!
Having any of these with a fresh salad or greens on the side would be the ideal post-workout meal, whether your goal is weight loss or you're simply re-fueling after a session. Check out our protein-packed recipes below and tag us in your favourites on social media.

Halloumi Pizza

Halloumi might not be all that closely associated with pizza, but for something that's a little bit different, it certainly ticked all the boxes for us! The cheese is a little richer and saltier than mozzarella, so needs slicing very thinly so as not to become overbearing. To keep with the Greek theme of the cheese, we've added some olives too.
